Bain & Company's Future of the Worker
I received six names along with descriptions for various types of workers: The Worker Bee, Artisan, Giver, Striver, Explorer, and Pioneer. From there, I dove into visual inspiration and experimented with different design ideas. Ultimately, I developed a distinct concept and illustration for each worker type.
Collecting Inspiration
I was given the worker name and a description of that worker. My job was to find inspiration images which would get chosen by the Art Director and the Creative Director, who guided me through the design of this project.
